About Me

I’m a Learning & Development Leader, Operations Strategist, and Workforce Development partner who blends human-centered design with data-driven decision-making to help organizations work smarter, train better, and scale faster.

My strength lies in transforming complexity into clarity — whether it’s a training program, an operational workflow, or a full organizational change initiative. With experience across learning, operations, project management, analytics, Agile delivery, and creative design, I help teams grow, adapt, and perform with confidence.

I’m originally from the Tri-State Area (NY/NJ/CT) and later expanded my career across Arizona and Minnesota. Those regions shaped my work style — fast-paced, adaptable, people-centered, and grounded in both creativity and operational discipline.

Now based in Broussard, Louisiana; I bring that same energy everywhere I go: strategic thinking, human-centered leadership, creative problem solving, and a commitment to helping teams navigate change with clarity and support.

Outside of work, I explore interior design, create digital renderings, and stay curious — always learning, building, and evolving.

My approach is simple:

Make learning clear, make it meaningful, and make it human.
